- In-stock items: ship from our workshop within 1–2 business days.
- Custom-sized rings (5–9 women / 7–12 men): an extra 1–2 weeks.
- Special sizes beyond standard ranges: up to 8 weeks for bespoke crafting.
- Custom gold chains: 6–8 business days for crafting or sourcing.
- Bangle bracelets: 3–4 weeks.

Insurance & signature
Every package ships 100% insured at item value. Adult signature (18+) required upon delivery.
Lost or damaged packages
If anything goes wrong, we handle it with the carrier. Insured claims take 2–6 weeks. We stay in touch with you every step.
Once a package leaves our store, delivery liability transfers to the carrier. Insurance covers loss or damage, and we manage the claim process together.
